Warranty conditions

At Bass Lab Hub we stand behind the quality of our premium car audio products. All items sold on https://basslabhub.com/ come with the following warranty:

1. Legal Warranty (Garantía Legal)

In accordance with Spanish law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) and EU Directive 2019/771, all products have a minimum legal warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery for consumers.

2. Commercial Warranty

Many of our products also include an extended commercial warranty from the manufacturer. The duration of the commercial warranty is indicated on the product page and in the product documentation.

3. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. It includes:

• Free repair or replacement of defective parts
• Technical support during the warranty period

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation or use
• Mechanical damage, scratches, or signs of wear
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or modification of the product
• Products installed by non-professional installers (if installation is the cause of failure)
• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
• Products with removed or damaged serial numbers

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the problem with photos/videos.
3. Wait for our approval and follow the return instructions.
4. Send the product to our address in Málaga (shipping costs paid by the customer unless the defect is confirmed).

6. Warranty Processing Time

After receiving the product, we will inspect it within 5–10 business days. If the defect is covered by warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no cost and return it to you.

7. Important Notes

• All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (invoice).
• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to refuse warranty service if the product has been tampered with or used incorrectly.
