3. Cancellation Timeframes

Order placed (payment received) Can be cancelled immediately
Order is being prepared / packed Can still be cancelled in most cases
Order has already been shipped Cancellation is no longer possible. You can use our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the goods.

4. Refund After Cancellation

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping:

  • We will initiate a full refund to the original payment card (Visa / Mastercard) within 1–3 business days.
  • The money will be returned through our payment partner Redis.
  • Depending on your bank, the refund may appear on your account within 3–10 business days.

5. Important Notes

  • We do not charge any cancellation fees.
  • We do not ask unnecessary questions — just let us know you want to cancel.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In this case, please wait for delivery and use our standard Return and Refund Policy (14 days).
