Where is Bass Lab Hub located?

Our company and warehouse are located in Málaga, Spain (European Union). All orders are shipped directly from Spain.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide: Spain, all EU countries, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Asia, Latin America, Australia and many other countries.

Do you sell both retail and wholesale?

Yes. We work with individual customers (retail) and with professional installers, car audio shops and service centers (wholesale). Wholesale prices are available after account verification.

Is warehouse pickup possible?

Yes, self-pickup from our warehouse in Málaga is possible. Please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only Visa and Mastercard through our secure payment system powered by Redis. 100% prepayment is required. We do not accept PayPal or other e-wallets.

In what currency are the prices shown?

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). When paying by card, your bank automatically converts the currency.

Are there any extra fees when paying by card?

We do not charge any additional fees. Your bank may apply a small currency conversion fee for payments outside the Eurozone.

How quickly is payment confirmed?

Visa/Mastercard payments are confirmed instantly. Refunds are also processed back to the original card.

Is shipping free?

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout depending on weight and destination. In some cases we offer free shipping promotions.

How long does delivery take to Spain?

Usually 1 to 7 business days within mainland Spain.

How long does delivery take to Europe?

Typically 10 to 14 business days to EU countries and the United Kingdom.

How long does worldwide delivery take?

Usually 20 to 35 days depending on the country and customs clearance.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Immediately after shipping we send a tracking number via email and SMS (if a phone number was provided).

Who pays for customs duties outside the EU?

The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and import fees outside the European Union.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product (according to EU law). The item must be unused and in original packaging. Full details → Return and Refund Policy

What is the warranty period?
