At Bass Lab Hub we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with Spanish Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all seals, labels and accessories intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g. products made to order) are non-returnable.
  • Products with broken seals, installed or used in a vehicle cannot be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Important:
All refunds will be issued only to the original payment card (Visa or Mastercard) used for the purchase. Refunds are processed through our payment partner Redis.

4. Payment and Refund Information

  • We accept payments only via Visa and Mastercard through our secure payment system powered by Redis.
  • 100% prepayment is required for all orders.
  • Refunds are made exclusively to the same card from which the payment was made.
  • Refund processing time depends on your bank (usually 3–10 business days after we initiate the refund).

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at danevrado@gmail.com or +34 627 898 763.

In such cases we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us by email at danevrado@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
  4. Send the item back to our address in Málaga (shipping costs paid by customer unless defective).

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or specially ordered products
  • Products with installed or used condition
  • Digital goods and software
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or use
