2. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after full payment is received (100% prepayment required).
3. Shipping Notification
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via:
- Email to the address provided during checkout
- SMS (if you provided a phone number)
You will be able to track your package using the link provided in the notification.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination. Exact shipping price is shown before you confirm the order.
5. Customs and Import Duties
• For deliveries within the European Union — no additional customs fees.
• For deliveries outside the EU — the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local charges. Bass Lab Hub is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
