Where is Bass Lab Hub located?

Our main office and warehouse are located in Málaga, Spain (European Union). Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers in Asian countries.

Where do the products come from?

Part of the goods are shipped from our warehouse in Spain, and part — directly from our trusted suppliers in Asia. This allows us to offer competitive prices and a wide range of products.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments only via Visa and Mastercard through the secure Spanish payment gateway Redsys. 100% prepayment is required.

Do you ship to all countries?

No. We do not ship to countries where Visa and Mastercard are not available, as well as to countries under international sanctions (including Russia, Iran, Belarus, North Korea, Syria, and others). If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing an order.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Spain, all European Union countries, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, most countries in Asia, Latin America, Australia and many other countries where Visa and Mastercard payment systems operate normally.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the origin of the goods:

  • From Spain: 1 – 7 business days (Spain), 10 – 14 days (Europe)
  • From Asia: 20 – 35 business days (worldwide)
Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Immediately after shipment (from Spain or Asia) we send a tracking number via email and SMS.

Who pays customs duties outside the EU?

The buyer is fully responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and local fees for orders delivered outside the European Union.

Can I cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the product. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Full details → Return and Refund Policy

What is the warranty period?
